Exercise

Deep Breathing Exercise and deep breathing releaves stress and takes your mind off your worries. It keeps you active and feeling better about yourself, improving your self-esteem.

This exercise is one I devised myself so feel free to modify it as you see fit. If you have any physical problems be sure to check with your physician before attempting this exercise!
