Split Hope

We all want to be healthy
and live a normal life
At times we want to be wealthy
Other times we want to end this life

We all have split hopes
whether to try to get better
or whether to just end it altogether
At times we get to the end of our ropes
but we manage to hang on with the help of another

We all travel different paths
We all have different hopes
Sometimes we cross paths
and we gain new friends and hopes
If the support of others we hath
it can be our only hope
